When the opposing team is about to kick it to you call a timeout. The meter will mess up some and all the players will run off the field except for you, your blocker, and the kicker.

NFL Quarterback Club ‘96 More Easy Touchdowns
To score an easy touchdown, run along the blurry area between hash marks and press the spin button rapidly. You will run all the way down the field without being tackled!
